Promises to ensure equity, justice and fairness to all Senatorial Districts in Edo State

Pius Odubu today at the residence of General Cecil Eseikhaigbe at a meeting of Edo Central Senatorial District leaders assured the party leaders that as Governor of Edo State his administration if voted into office will ensure justice ,equity and fairness in the dispensation of government patronage. He stated that no senatorial district would be marginalized and that he is a believer of party supremacy.He also added that the party leaders and members will accorded their pride of place in the scheme of things.
Dr Pius Odubu in his remarks laden with oratorical prowess exhibited uncommon display of understanding of the politics and governance of Edo State by reminding the leaders of his loyalty and commitment to the party, and therefore was ready to run an all inclusive government that will guarantee cohesion within the party and development for Edo State.He said he would invest in human capital and infrastructural development while promising to complete the legacy projects of the Oshiomhole administration.
At the meeting were notable leaders of the APC in Edo Central Senatorial District including Gen.Eseikhaigbe,State Chairman of the party Col. Dr. David Imuse,Chief Francis Inegbeniki, Dr. Tony Omoanghe, Chief Francis Airewele, Barr. Chris Ebare, Dr. Dorry Okojie, former Speaker David Iyoha, Hon.Isimeme Iriogbe and many others.
The meeting was attended by other Governorship aspirants including Engr Chris Ogiemwonyi and Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu.He emphasized that the gentleman’s agreement between the APC aspirants and promised to honor it.
The leaders of the Edo Central Senatorial District assured the aspirants that the district will be fair to all the aspirants while urging them to be ready to work with one another hy the time a candidate is chosen by the party. They emphasized that only a united party can successfully win election while regretting the needless crisis that has engulfed the party in the last few months. They agreed to work with all stakeholders to guarantee victory for the APC in Edo State in the September 2020 gubernatorial elections in Edo State.
